Improve your health and sense of well being by increasing your levels of physical activity and taking regular exercise. Research shows that physical activity can help you prevent and manage over twenty medical conditions including heart disease, Type II diabetes, cancer, back pain, osteoarthritis and depression (CSP 2011).

We provide 1:1 and group exercise sessions within a warm water environment. This is a brilliant way of socialising, keeping fit, improving health and maintaining a healthy weight whilst enjoying the warm water environment.
